MONITOR - biphasic defibrillator - RECORDER strong> p>
Defibrillator portable external manual and semi-automatic, mod. M4735A manufactured by PHILIPS p>
Equipped electroluminescent display 115 mmy x86 enabling viewing 4 seconds cup continuous ECG. P>
It offers two modes of operation: p>
- Mode semiautomatic external defibrillator (AED) p>
- Manual mode p>
Form SMART biphasic truncated exponential waveform, low energy. The parameters of the waveform are adjusted according to patient impedance. P>
Supply shock through reusable external paddles or through disposable electrodes (hands-free mode). P>
Palas adult and pediatric included. P>
With contact quality indicator located in one of the reusable blades p>
Charging time: less than 3 seconds to 200 Joules with a new battery p>.
Mode DEA strong> .- The team analyzes the patient's ECG and indicates whether or not to deliver a shock. A warning voice will guide you through the defibrillation process by providing instructions and patient information. The instructions given by the voice of warning is reinforced with messages displayed on the screen. P>
Setting possibility AED mode by the user for 2,3 or 4 series of shocks. The default configuration is a series of three shocks. P>
Energy Protocol: fixed power and automatically adjustable intensity (150 joules) p>
Shocks DEA series: 2,3 or 4 p>.
Timing serial shocks: disable, 30, 60,90,120,150,180 or 210 seconds p>.
Voice messages and text messages audible warning various guide the user through the protocol p>.
Controls DEA: On, Off, Pause / Resume, Analyze / Stop Analysis, Selector Bypass (shock), Alarms FC, Contrast (display), Amplitude (ECG), Volume, Record Tira, Register Summary, Mark event annotated input manually. p>
Indicators: electroluminescent display for ECG waveform and text messages, sound alerts, voice, sound QRS tone load, load done tone recorder p>.
Charging indicators: Charging tone made, available power indication display, voice message p>.
Patient Analysis: analyzes the patient's ECG and signal quality to determine if a shock is indicated and evaluates the patient's thoracic impedance p>.
shockable rhythms, ventricular fibrillation with an amplitude of & gt; 100 uV and ventricular tachycardia above 150 bpm p>.
Meets the guidelines of the American Heart Association and European Resuscitation Council. P>
MANUAL MODE strong> .- The team gives control over the defibrillation process. You analyze the patient's ECG, it decides whether defibrillation is advisable to select the energy setting for defibrillation. also allows you to perform synchronized cardioversion and offers the possibility of an optional non-invasive pacing (pacing function). p>
p>
Power supplied manual mode: 5, 10, 25, 50, 70, 100, 150 or 200 joules p>.
Indicators: electroluminescent screen for the waveform of ECG and text messages, sound alerts, sound QRS tone load tone load done, LED Manual mode, LED Sync Mode, LED pacemaker, recorder. p>
Charging indicators: load done tone and display power on screen p>.
Synchronizer: SYNC message appears on the monitor and is annotated on the printer (if you register in Sync mode). sound with each sensed R-wave, and a mark on the monitor is heard and recorded strip indicate the discharge points. The delay of the synchronizer is less than 60 ms from the R wave peak to peak current of the defibrillation shock. P>
ECG monitoring through the blades, pads, or monitoring electrodes 3-lead ECG (standard) or 5-lead. P>
If a hose or a defibrillation electrode is disconnected appear on the monitor messages LATIGUILLOS disconnected or ELECTRODES DEFIB. DECONECTADOS respectively, and a dashed line to avoid confusion with asystole. P>
heart rate indicator displays values between 15 and 300 lpm p>
Configurable pair of upper and lower limit heart rate alarms. P>
ECG Amplitude: 2.5, 5, 10, 20, 40 mm / mV p>
thermal array recorder, with configurable header records (3 different), footnotes and annotations symbols. P>
Event Log by event Mark key automatically documenting the events and ECG during defibrillation episodes. P>
Summary of internal events, storing up to 300 events and up to 50 waveforms. P>
Event Summary Data Card "flash card" (optional not included), storing continuous ECG waveforms and events in a PCMCIA Type II card. The card is 8 MB and can store about 2 hours of events and waveforms of continuous ECG. P>
