This mixer includes four interchangeable blades:

Disk Picador: Use it to chop and shred raw or cooked vegetables. Chop cooked meat ice (always with water) or frozen fruit obtaining a coarse texture.

Meat Cleaver: Specially designed for mincing .

Disk Beater: Use it to make mayonnaise and slightly creamy texture .

Disk Emulsifier: Use it to beat or riding cream, egg whites, very light sauces need not be chopped .

OPERATION:

This mixer has two speeds (Slow and Turbo). Beater 500 ml beaker. Also it includes four blades and the key to swap change.

Remove the packaging before using the appliance. Be sure to place the mixer grinder on a flat, hard surface. Check the cable connection and outlet are in perfect condition.

To use the mincer , have foods that are going to use previously prepared (eg cut apple, carrot or other fruit in pieces), bring them into the bowl of the chopper and make sure do not exceed the line labeled as MAX. If you want crushed ice, add some ice cubes and the same amount of water.

Place motor correctly on the top of the mincer head, make rotate the motor head to match the figure (lock) the top of the grinder. If the lid of the bowl of the chopper is not properly located the blade will not rotate.

Place one hand on top of the chopper and the other press the button SLOW speed, elapsed seconds can press the TURBO button to finish the job.

To use the whisk foot enter the engine head in the mixer foot in the initial position (lock open) and rotated counterclockwise to the end position (lock closed). Select the blade used and secure it at the end of the rotary shaft.

Do not keep working the mixer grinder continued over 1 minute, performs several pauses to cool the motor assembly. Mixer grinder can be immersed with the beater foot, to the junction with the engine head.
