ICE CREAM MACHINE PREPARATION

With this machine you can prepare homemade ice cream.

OPERATION:

Arrange all the necessary ingredients before starting the refrigerator. You can develop your own ice cream recipes or you can follow some of the recipes contained in the manual of the machine.

Example: Coffee Ice Cream

Ingredients :
500 ml of whole milk
150g sugar 350ml
whipping cream
Soluble coffee (decaffeinated recommend for consumption by children)

Pour milk jug for 2 Lts, add sugar and mix with an electric mixer until the sugar dissolves properly. Add the whipping cream and coffee powder, mixed with an electric mixer at low speed or use whisk.

After obtaining a homogeneous mixture, pour it into the ice cream container of the refrigerator enters the mixing rod. Transparent lid closes making a small clockwise turn and places the power head.

Press the POWER button and select the time with the TIMER button. For soft ice cream, select a duration between 30 to 40 minutes, for consistent ice cream selected from 50 to 60 minutes. The display will show the time will be reduced by 10 minutes each time you press the button. Once selected press the START button to start up. the green light turns on and starts spinning the rod mixer. The compressor will start at 2 minutes of starting the process and a red light is displayed. The display will show alternately the compressor temperature and the time remaining.

Once the time, the machine will automatically shut off making a sound several times. Press the POWER button to turn off the machine. Removing the engine head, the transparent cover rotates counterclockwise and pulls the container handle frozen until extraction.

Ayúdate spatula provided to remove ice attached to the stick blender and pour the ice bucket or other container for storage or to serve directly. Do not use metal elements for extracting the ice cream as it can irreversibly damage the release coating.

In the case of storing the ice for long periods, it allows this regained creamy texture before serving. We recommend not store ice cream at temperatures below -30 ° C or above and for periods exceeding two months.
