The Luxe mandolin Lacor, designed for home use, offers extensive features high quality.

In professional kitchens mandolin is a tool as common as the knife work. It is ideal for quickly slicing uniform instrument allows perfect and varied cuts that are impossible to perform with the knife: thin sheets of greens, vegetables or potatoes, cut ribbed or trellises, julienne or straw, corrugated, in the sticks ... that greatly enhance the presentation of a dish.
