This pressure cooker is an excellent and safe to cook much faster and cleanly tool. It is very practical to prepare certain foods in a shorter period of time, saving energy and keeping vitamins and minerals from food as well as the aroma and flavor.

The handles of the pressure cooker Chef de Lacor are designed for a totally secure attachment. The locking system prevents the pressure cooker take in the event that is not closed. It also prevents the lid can be manipulated while the pressure does not decrease.

OPERATION:

Place food inside the pressure cooker and then added water. Never overdo 2/3 capacity (marked inside "MAX"). In the case of foods such as beans, rice, cereals, ... that can expand in volume during cooking, do not overdo 1/3 capacity (marked inside "BEAN").

Mount the lid on the pot. Aligns the mark (triangle) of the lid with the handle of the pot. Rotating the lid handle clockwise to complete the closed position on the handle body. Do not try to cook until the lid is fully closed with the handle in place.

Place below the pressure valve on the pin steam and pushed down until it clicks. Turn on the stove and starts with a strong warming.
