The pressure cooker Chef Lacor Luxe is designed to meet the needs of professionals in the hospitality sector. It is made of 18/10 stainless steel gathering the maximum guarantees of safety and ease of use.

It incorporates a pressure switch to bake according to the needs of each product:

• POSITION 0: depressurization
• Position I: Quick cooking 0,5 bar
• POSITION II: Extra Fast Cooking 0.8 Bar

  This pressure cooker is an excellent and safe to cook much faster and cleanly tool. It is very practical to prepare certain foods in a shorter period of time, saving energy and keeping vitamins and minerals from food as well as the aroma and flavor.

  This pressure cooker has a diffuser background "sandwich" formed by three layers (one of steel, other aluminum and other steel) to ensure optimum heat distribution favoring a significant saving of energy and cooking uniform prevents the loss of vitamins and minerals from food.

  The steel used, as indicated by the nomenclature 18/10, comprises 18% chromium and 10% nickel. This alloy provides a high level of quality and strength higher than conventional stainless steel. Steel is a nonporous smooth material, very hygienic and keeping the natural flavor of food.

  OPERATION:

  To open the pressure cooker Luxe slowly rotating the pressure regulator to the 0 position and opens the lid by pulling the handle and lifting the same. Do not force the lid to open the pot.

  Enter food and water, taking care not to exceed 2/3 of capacity pressure cooker. In the case of cooking food packaging that generate a lot of foam (rice, pasta, beans, ...) do not fill more than half. Before closing the pot verifies that all safety devices are clean. The lid can be closed at any position. Simply put on the body of the pot and pressed gently down by rotating the handle then squeeze mechanism down. When you hear the claws contact with the body of the pot, the lid will be fully secured.

  Then turn the pressure regulator to the desired position. The possibilities are:

  Position 0 : No pressure. In this position you can be cooked without pressure inside the cooker, like a normal pan. Furthermore, in the case of pressure cooking also serve as position depressurization for a faster evacuation of the pressure.

  Position I : medium pressure (0.5 bar = 113 degrees). It is recommended for pressure cooking all meat, seafood, ... and food to increase their volume or form foams as the case of peas, beans, meat broths, ...

  Position II : high pressure (0.8 bar = 117 degrees). It is recommended to cook chicken, hard vegetables, stews, soups, rice, potatoes, ...

  We recommend regulating start cooking stove best to make the pot as soon as possible to achieve the selected pressure. You will notice that at first may hear a slight noise steam output by the edge of the lid. This occurs because the rubber gasket is positioning correctly into the socket. After a few seconds the noise will disappear and start taking pressure cooker. When observing a strong exhaust steam from the top of the pressure regulating valve is a sign that the pot has reached sufficient pressure and can maintain it. From that moment begins the cooking time.

  When finished cooking time you want the pressure cooker has different ways of evacuation pressure. For a Normal evacuation steam off the stove and remove the pot from the heat waiting to lose all the pressure. Then turn the regulator to 0 to ensure that there is no pressure and finally opens the pot.   Security:

  The characteristics of this pressure cooker confer the highest level of security that has been certified by the most prestigious international laboratories. The pressure cooker does not work if the lid is not closed and has a safety valve which acts in case there is overpressure inside as well as a pressure indicator / lock that prevents the lid can not be opened while there is pressure inside.

  • opening mechanisms : It acts on the closure of the lid and take the pot prevents pressure if not properly closed .
  • Pressure regulator - safety lock : It has 3 positions: depressurization pressure level pressure level I and II. In the depressurization position lets out the pressure and freely in the other 2 evacuates steam when the maximum pressure is reached.
