Solid construction, powder-coated metal frame, hod, cutter and dough hook in stainless steel. With protections required under Regulation EC. Two speeds (1st and 2nd mixing kneading) An engine for dough hook and a tundish. Control panel with startup switch, a clock for slow speed kneading, a second clock for kneading fast speed and emergency stop button. Prepared dough up to 50 kg of flour (80kg mass). Power: 2.1 kW speed in 1st and 2nd gear 4,10 KW; 400 V (III), 50 Hz
